Sausage Casserole

sausagecasserole

I made this for breakfast this morning and it’s really good, cheap, and easy. It was actually one of the things I made years ago in my Home Ec class in high school. Thought I’d post the recipe and instructions here in case anyone wants to try it. If you make it, let me know how it turns out!!! Have a great week everyone and much love.

Sausage Casserole

1 pound of Sausage

2 cans of crescent rolls

8 ounces of cream cheese

Brown the sausage in a pan. Then, mix the cream cheese with the sausage.

In a 9×13 baking pan, spray with Pam. Then take one can of crescent rolls and line the bottom. After the sausage and cream cheese is combined, put that on top of the first layer of crescent rolls. Then, use the next can of crescent rolls to put on top of the sausage/cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350 for about 13-14 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Serves 6-8.
